Caravan Cargo Packer

Very bad and pathetic service. Strongly recommend everyone to stay away from these packers and movers unless someone wants to go through whole mental and physical stress ordeal we went through. Marketing supervisor Rajesh came during quotation phase where he said whole packing, moving and unpacking will complete in 6-8 hrs for my 3bhk flat. He said that 6-7 people will come for whole of this activity. I booked them almost 2 weeks in advance and was confirmed repeatedly that no problems will occur. On day of moving, these people started almost 1.5 hrs late. Then their so called supervisor Sunil arrives and declares to our uttermost shock that they are only 4 people and whole activity will be completed by 3-4 pm in night. We called responsible people telling this is not feasible and they should hurry it up. To our plight, we were given false assurances that everything will complete by 8 pm and it will not go beyond that. On that assurance we let these people to start. However as day progressed it became clear to us that these people were in no hurry. Their marketing executive Rajesh also came for packing. However they weren't able to finish even packing by 10:30 pm in night. We with our 6 year old had to spent the night in the flat sleeping on dirty floor over a mattress with no spare clothes, food and anything. The packing and moving again started next day and then eventually these people finish unloading everything by 5 pm at new place. Some of my household items were damaged too, which these people didn't want to take ownership. When I said to cut the damage cost, these people not only threatened but harassed us also. I cut damage cost so that these people understand that they cannot take a customer granted. I am giving this feedback as I came to know that this is the usual working of Caravan packers and movers. These people make false promises. Rajesh told that another customer was going to sue them as this is the general modus operandi of the company. Everyone from godown manager to office people are least bothered once you are in their trap. Imagine 6-8 hrs work taking almost 48 hrs and that too dealing with bad attitude and irresponsible people. Best to avoid this pathetic company

Very professional and neatly executed. Value for money service. Right from the packing at origin to the delivery at destination, the Caravan team did a fantastic job. Materials used is of good quality. One package didn't arrive initially, however the team located it and delivered it safely. I have faced this issue with thos company recently. 1. First, they will quote you the lowest price in the market and to gain trust they will assure that they would take money after delivering your items. 2. After taking handover to your luggage ( meanwhile they will pass the time and try to collect your items at the your deadline, so that you can't connect with other services), they will claim that they will send the bill on whatsapp when they reach office. 3. Now, they will start playing with you,asking almost double amount what they have agreed earlier. By saying, "sir your luggage is more, we can't manage in the same price, it would be almost double. Now as you are already late, you don't have an option to go anywhere else. 4. They claim that they give insurance, they will definitely charge you extra for that and just write a text in a bill (xxx amount insurance) which is again fake....after asking for proper bill and insurance bill - they mentioned we follow only this. 5. Now, my luggage was delivered somehow, where 3 out of 8 items where cracked from inside and 1 item was missing, fortunately not the expensive one. When I asked for insurance, then they showed real attitude , that no insurance as such....we are only responsible for moving the items... Safety is none of my concern, although we try our level best that's it.

The service provided by them was excellent, They took a lot of care for each of my product. The entire experience with them was fabulous.
