Booked the Pride Movex and they are the WORST and UNETHICAL SERVICE. They booked me the relocation with an advance booking amount and in the middle of the packing asked for a hike in the price inspite of clear communication of all the requirements initially. They left my belongings outside my flat and left leaving me with all the harassments and figuring out to arrange another movers and packers in the middle of everything. They have also refused to refund my booking amount. Never book them else you might be harassed like us and loose all your money to them

Atlantis Movers came to my apartment and carefully wrapped every single object, using care and consideration, so I have received everything untouched. They dismantled tables and wrapped up bookshelves to perfection. The men were courteous, worked quickly and without a mess. All representatives and middle/upper management were very well-spoken and very professional, patient, and clear. The whole process took 8ish hours and then my stuff was off to be shipped. Atlantis Movers communicated with me every single step of the way so I never had to chase them for anything; I always knew where my shipment was every single moment of time - they give me updates via emails & calls. I did not regret giving that tiny bit of extra money to use Atlantis - because they delivered a service that was faultless - unlike rival companies who completely made a mess of my colleague's shipments(sending the shipment to the wrong port, incurring huge port taxes, broken objects, bad packing, etc) Thank you!

He is an extremely well informed sales person who has a very professional demeanor. He made himself available at odd hours in order to work with me during my day time and made things happen quickly for me that initially made me go to Atlantis . The packing crew arrived on time, looked and acted very professional and courteous and went above and beyond in packing the items the way we wanted. The communication was excellent throughout and delivery was worked out and they were flexible in accommodating our schedule. Delivery crew was on time and did a fantastic job which was as good as the packing crew.I would recommend you to use Atlantis Movers & Packers for any of your moving needs.
