We had organised and prepared for moving out. I had given full list of articles to the movers and they quoted a price via SMS. They confirmed to send a big truck with 5 people to assist in the move. However firstly they came late, only 2 guys came with a small truck that couldn't hold any big items. They asked for more money and then walked out saying that their boss had not informed them of all the items. Terrible experience. We had to immediately book another company and pay extra for same day service.
