DHL Relocations

I booked part load of a sofa cum bed from Gurgaon to Zirakpur on 25th June 2020 with payment terms - 80% advance and 20% on delivery but before delivery they were rude and unprofessional and told me if you do not pay we will not deliver. Then on 27th June I paid full amount to get my material but then after recieving payment they told me we will put the material on ground floor only and we will not keep it on 2nd floor which was cleared at time of pickup , I was harassed for 15 days on the same matter and I even filed a complaint to them on email and after that finally after fighting for 15 days they brought the material on 13 July 2020 and the sofa cum bed was broken from everywhere all the material was wet due to rainwater. We called the concerned person and he was so rude that he said do whatever you want to do. This is really unprofessional and I hope other people do not become prey of these services.

My bike royal enfield 350 cc was picked on 7th Dec'19 from patel nagar with advance of 4000 with a quotation of 5900 including GST and confirmed 80% payment at the time of pickup and 20% at the time of delivery they issued a bill of 7752 with some other charges and are now not ready to move my bike from their warehouse without taking the complete payment.Such big name and such unprofessionilism and rude behaviour and this is hampering my work time and patience. they should be banned and thrown out of industry.

This was my first shifting with packers and movers company. I was Totally confused, How could I get the Best packers and movers? How much they will take time? Is it would be Costly relocation? One of my friend told me about DHL service provider than I decided to take a risk but the risk converted to joy. I am quite happy with their Service.
